Common questions
Quick Event uses a multi-tenant architecture specifically designed for agencies and companies with multiple events:
- Separate client per organization: Complete data separation between clients or departments.
- Central studio dashboard: All events at a glance with direct access to every area
- Parallel processing: Fast switching between events without loss of context
- Own domains: Each client can configure their own domain.
- GDPR-compliant: Isolated data rooms without cross-contamination between clients
The AI assistant creates complete events from a short description:
Here's how it works:
- Describe your event in one sentence (e.g. "Technology conference for 500 developers")
- The AI assistant automatically generates event pages, texts, quotas, forms, and email templates.
- The entire setup is complete in under 30 seconds.
- All generated content can then be manually adjusted.
Alternatively: Manual creation
- Enter title, date and location
- Quick Event automatically creates the default page, form, and settings
- Then configure all areas individually
Yes, Quick Event offers event duplication for recurring events:
- Complete copy: Pages, forms, quotas, email templates and design are transferred.
- Clean separation: Participant data and bookings are not copied.
- Quick update: Update only the date, location, and changed text
- Bulk operations: Archive or duplicate multiple events simultaneously
Instead of 20 minutes for a complete setup, duplication only requires a few minutes for adjustments.
Quick Event offers role-based access control at the organizational level:
Available roles:
- Admin: Full access including billing, member management and all events
- Member: Can manage events, but cannot change organization settings
- Viewer: Read-only access to events and data
For agencies:
- Team members can be assigned to multiple clients
- One project manager oversees events for various clients without switching accounts.
- Client separation ensures that each team member only sees authorized data.
Each event features a live dashboard with real-time metrics:
Registration trends:
- Registrations per day and week over time
- Identify spikes after email campaigns or social media activities
Check-in statistics:
- Real-time display of participants on site
- Arrival rate and expected guests
- Synchronous data from multiple check-in stations
Conversion rates:
- Page visitors vs. form starts vs. conversions
- Identify bottlenecks in the registration process
- Payment status for paid events
All key figures are directly visible in the studio dashboard — without external analytics tools.
Quick Event relies on in-app filtering with optional CSV export :
Directly in the app:
- Full-text search across all participant fields
- Filters can be combined without restriction
- Saved filter sets for the entire team
CSV export if required:
- Export retains active filters — only filtered data is exported.
- Customizable column selection for relevant fields
- Participant, booking and check-in data can be exported
The approach: Filter and evaluate within the app, export only if external processing is necessary.
With AI-assisted creation in Quick Event, a fully configured event — including a landing page, registration form, ticket quotas, and email templates — is ready in under 30 seconds. You simply describe your event in one sentence and the AI generates everything. Manual setup is also available if you prefer to configure each section yourself.
Yes. Quick Event invites team members at the organization level and assigns them a role: Admins have full access including billing and member management, while Members can manage events. All authorized members can access every event in the organization, so a project manager and a coordinator can work on the same event in parallel without stepping on each other's changes.
Quick Event uses a multi-tenant architecture that gives each organization a completely isolated data room — separate events, contacts, and participant records. There is no data cross-contamination between tenants, and the platform is GDPR-compliant by design. Optionally, each organization can also use its own custom domain.
Yes. Every event in Quick Event has a live dashboard that updates automatically — no manual refresh needed. You can see registration trends over time, current capacity utilization, and check-in statistics on event day, all directly inside the studio without needing any external analytics tool.
When you duplicate an event in Quick Event, the complete setup is copied: the event page, registration form, ticket quotas, email templates, and design. Participant data and bookings are deliberately excluded so you start clean. You then only update what has actually changed, such as the date, location, or specific text fields — saving the time of a full rebuild.
Quick Event lets you filter participant and booking lists directly in the app using full-text search and combinable filters. When you trigger the CSV export, it respects whatever filters are currently active — so only the matching rows are included in the file. Your team can also save filter sets so the same view is reusable without reconfiguring it each time.
