AI event creation

Fifteen seconds and your event exists. The rest is adjusting.

AI creation does not hand you a skeleton, it hands you a working event: a website with copy and images, a registration form that fits the event type, email drafts, a prepared event app — colours and logo taken automatically from your website. Everything after that is adjusting, not building.

With other providers, weeks pass between the contract and the first live event. With Quick Event it is an hour of your time — and that is before you have paid anything.

AI creation — website, form, emails, app, branding ≈ 15 seconds
Review and adjust the event page ≈ 15 minutes
Adjust the registration form ≈ 10 minutes
Adjust the emails ≈ 10 minutes
Pick and adjust the ticket design ≈ 10 minutes
Set up tickets & payment ≈ 5 minutes
Total — your event is live under 1 hour
The module principle

Four modules. The whole event. You pay only for what you need.

Each module covers one phase of your event — from the first invitation to the final report. Take all of it. Or only what you are missing: every module works on its own, and all of them work on the same attendee list.

Module 01

Analytics

Registrations, check-ins, app usage — one report. Exports included.

Properly interlocked

One attendee list. Everywhere.

With three separate tools

  • Export a CSV from the sign-up tool
  • Import it into the badge tool — the columns do not match
  • Upload the same list again to the app platform
  • Weekend late-comers are missing from two of three systems on event day
  • Weeks of coordination before registration is even online

With Quick Event

  • Invitation, registration, badge printing and app all work on the same attendee list
  • Late-comers appear everywhere at once — including at the print station
  • Check-in status live in the app and in the report
  • Zero exports, zero imports
  • Online in hours, not weeks
Recurring events

Say what is different. The rest stays as it is.

Last year's summer party, the spring roadshow, the customer day in eight cities: duplicate a past event and describe only the differences — new date, new place, new colours, changed content. The AI adjusts the website, the forms and the emails, and carries everything else over unchanged.

  • A past event as the starting point — including forms, emails and design
  • Changes in one sentence: “Same event, 20 May in Hamburg, new partner logo”
  • A roadshow with eight stops: one job, not eight
  • Templates for your recurring formats — team-wide too
AI concierge

The question you would otherwise be asked 200 times.

Inside the event app sits an assistant that knows your event: the programme, the rooms, the speakers, how to get there, your own FAQ. It answers in whatever language it is asked in — including when nobody is at the info desk.

  • Knows the programme, the floor plan and the speakers
  • Answers in several languages, around the clock
  • Can be fed your own questions and answers — no technical knowledge needed
Who it is for

Our promise

Your first event will work. Or it costs you nothing.

  • Full onboarding and event-setup support from our specialists

  • Money-back guarantee on your first event
Data protection & operations

You collect attendee data. We treat it accordingly.

Servers in the EU

Your attendee data stays in the EU. No transfer to third countries, no discussion with your data protection officer.

Provable deletion

After the event you delete attendee data with one click — provably, not just as a promise.

AVV inklusive

The data processing agreement comes with it, without asking and without a surcharge. Your contracting party is a German company.

Secure payment processing

Ticket payments run through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — straight into your own Stripe account. Card details never touch our servers.

AI without selling data

The AI works for your event. Your data does not train anyone else's models and is not passed on.

That includes team access with roles and permissions, a full data export whenever you want — no lock-in — and German support without a ticket-system queue.

Pricing

One price per event. No follow-up invoices.

The module principle is the pricing principle: each module has a fixed price per event — whether 80 or 8,000 guests come. Building and testing costs nothing; you pay when you publish.

Your event from 1,490 € per event otherwise 1,980 €

From 10 events: agency licence 14,900 € — 1,490 € per event, all modules.

For comparison — similar scope, per the providers' public price lists:
AirLST approx. €2,000–8,000 per event (suite + guest packages + app add-ons) · 4 % ticket fee plus card fees
EventMobi from €3,000 per event · plus add-ons (integrations from €1,000, for example)
Cvent prices on request only · licences sometimes above €20,000 a year
Our payment fee of 3.25 % + 0.25 € per booking already includes the card fees.

Paid tickets add a payment fee of 3.25 % + 0.25 € per booking (plus VAT on the fee) — card fees included. No base-price surcharge, no guest packages, no charge per imported record.

Every module contains all of its features. Push messages, polls, more languages — we do not put an “add-on” badge on a feature.

Frequently asked
Where is our attendee data stored?

In the EU, GDPR compliant, with a data processing agreement included. Your contracting party is a German company.

Can we bring across existing contact and attendee lists?

Yes — CSV and Excel import with field mapping. For your first event our specialists will do the import for you if you want.

How quickly can we start?

Today. AI creation takes 15 seconds, adjusting it typically under an hour — so a registration that has to be live next week is realistic.

Can our team work on it together?

Yes, with team access and roles — check-in staff who only see the entry list, for example, while the project lead can change everything.

We run the same event every year — do we have to start over?

No. Duplicate last year's event and tell the AI what is different: date, place, colours, content. The rest stays as it is.

Is the event app in the App Store?

No — deliberately. The event app runs straight in the browser: no download, no approval process, a QR code is enough. Push messages still work.

How secure is selling tickets?

Payment runs entirely through Stripe, certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 — card details never reach our servers. The proceeds go straight into your own Stripe account, not through a pooled account. The payment fee of 3.25 % + 0.25 € per booking already includes all card fees.

What does it cost if more guests turn up than planned?

Nothing extra. The module price is per event, regardless of the number of attendees. Only sold tickets attract the payment fee of 3.25 % + 0.25 € per booking — card fees included.

When do we have to pay?

Only when you publish. You can build your whole event, test it and throw it away again without anything being charged.
