Quick Event is an all-in-one event management platform for anyone who organizes events — individuals, clubs, agencies, and companies alike. From birthdays and weddings to corporate workshops and large conferences, everything from creating the event to running it on the day lives in a single interface. You build the event page, set up registration and tickets, invite guests, and track attendance without switching tools. Each event has a live dashboard that shows registrations, capacity, revenue, and check-in progress at a glance, so you always know where things stand. Events can be duplicated in one click to reuse a proven setup, and team members can be invited to collaborate with role-based access. All attendee data can be exported whenever you need it. Because pages, forms, ticketing, email, and check-in are one connected system rather than a stack of separate apps, there's no integration work and no data scattered across spreadsheets.
Overview
Each organization gets its own dedicated space with completely separate data, events, contacts , and team members—optionally with its own domain . Under Settings → Events , you'll find an overview of all your events, and you can create new ones or duplicate existing ones. From there, you can open the Studio —the workspace for each individual event, with sections for settings, the event page, forms, emails, registrations, and check-in.
Create events
New events can be created manually or with AI assistance . When creating an event manually, you only need to specify the event name—date, location, and all other details are configured later in the Studio. Alternatively, you can use the AI assistant with the same prompt builder as on the homepage: enter the event type, details, and any requirements—and Quick Event will generate a complete event page with text, quotas , a form , and email templates within 30 seconds.
Event duplication
Recurring events don't need to be set up from scratch each time. With event duplication, you can completely copy an existing event—including pages, forms, quotas, email templates, and design. Attendee data and bookings are not transferred. You then only adjust what actually changes: date, location, and individual text fields.
Team collaboration
Team members are invited at the organization level and assigned a role that determines their access: Admins have full access, including billing and member management, while Members can manage events. Roles apply organization-wide—all organization events are accessible to authorized team members.
Dashboard and Analytics
Each event features a live dashboard displaying key metrics in real time: registration trends over time, an overview of capacity utilization , and—especially important on the day of the event— check-in statistics with current attendance status. All figures update automatically; no manual reloading is required.
Data export
Participant lists and booking overviews can be filtered, sorted, and searched directly in the app. A CSV export function is available for external processing—it retains active filters, allowing you to export only the relevant entries. Saved filter sets are available to the entire team.
