Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the event — log in and hit "Transfer". After that the ticket is locked to your name.
Do you offer payment plans?
Three- and six-month plans are available at checkout, no interest.
Is there a wait list?
Yes — we open returned tickets the morning of, first-come on email.
Is the venue accessible?
Step-free from the street, accessible bathrooms on both floors, reserved seating in the front row.
Can I bring my own camera?
Phones and small cameras yes. DSLRs only with a press pass — apply via email.
What about dietary requirements?
Tell us at checkout — vegan, gluten-free, allergies — and we route around them.
