On the day, the attendance figure is the number everyone asks for. The check-in cockpit shows it per check-in point, together with the arrival curve and a live stream of the latest scans, and it moves the moment a scan happens at any door.

The check-in cockpit updates itself. No reload button, no refresh interval — when a scan happens at any door, the figures move.
You see the count per check-in point (inside now, and total today), the arrival curve over the day, and a live stream of the most recent scans with the name of the guest and the station that scanned them. Names can be searched in the stream, which is how you answer "has Ms Müller arrived yet?" without leaving the page.
All of it can be exported afterwards as a CSV, one line per scan, for the post-event report.
