Common questions
The builder works with sections that you can freely arrange on the page. You can move, duplicate, or delete sections using drag and drop. Within a section, you can distribute content elements across any number of columns. Sections can also be nested to create complex layouts. All changes are immediately visible in the live preview, and the undo/redo function allows you to reverse any steps at any time. The editor saves automatically.
Each section supports up to four layered background layers: a solid color, a background image, a muted background video, and a motion effect (e.g., Aurora or dot pattern). Each layer can be shown or hidden independently and its opacity adjusted continuously. Decorative transitions (waves, curves, zigzag) can be activated at the top and bottom edges to create smooth transitions between adjacent sections.
Quick Event offers a wide range of elements: text and headings, buttons in various styles, single images and image galleries (grid, masonry, or carousel), embedded videos (YouTube/Vimeo), a countdown timer, animated counters for statistics, FAQ accordions, a timeline for events, an embedded map for the venue, and a personalized welcome message for logged-in participants. For images, you can upload your own photos or access millions of royalty-free stock photos directly in the editor via the integrated Pexels search.
Yes. Every designed section can be saved as a template and inserted into a page for future events using the insert dialog. Over time, this creates a personal library of reusable building blocks—for example, a hero image with your standard branding or an FAQ section with typical questions. Saved templates are also used by the AI function to select suitable sections when automatically creating a landing page.
Yes. You can create any number of subpages for each event—for example, a program page, a speaker page, or a location page. All pages share the same design (colors, fonts, logo) and are accessible via the event page's navigation menu.
In the design section of the studio, you define a primary and accent color, background and text colors, as well as a font each for headings and body text—from over 1,900 Google Fonts or as your own font file. Your logo will be displayed in the header. Optionally, Quick Event can automatically extract the colors from an uploaded logo or image and suggest a suitable palette.
All pages are automatically responsive—columns, font sizes, and images adapt to desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Quick Event automatically generates meta tags, Open Graph data, and Schema.org event markup. FAQ sections have their own FAQ schema and can appear as rich snippets in search results. Images are delivered as WebP files with lazy loading.
Yes. Quick Event's AI assistant can create a complete landing page from your event description in seconds. It selects the most suitable section presets from the 96-preset library — hero, tickets, timeline, FAQ, and so on — and fills each slot with relevant content. You can then swap, restyle, or edit any section manually, so the AI output is a starting point, not a locked template.
Yes. Ticket and CTA sections link directly to your event's contingents (ticket types) and registration form. Buttons placed anywhere on the page can point to the registration flow without any manual URL configuration. When a visitor clicks a ticket or registration button, they are taken straight into the booking process within Quick Event.
Yes. Quick Event supports custom domains so your event page appears under your own brand URL instead of a quick-event.com subdomain. Combined with the automatically generated meta tags and Schema.org markup, a custom domain also strengthens your search engine credibility. Custom domains are a Pro feature, with full custom domains available on request for agencies.
Each event page can be set to light or dark mode in the event settings. In dark mode, Quick Event automatically adjusts background and text colors so all content stays readable. Custom text colors are intelligently lightened if they would otherwise be too dark against the dark background — you do not need to define a separate color palette for dark mode.
Yes. Open the preset picker inside the page editor (Page → Add section) to see all 99 section presets across 11 categories rendered with realistic content. You can browse hero variations, ticket grids, gallery layouts, timeline styles, FAQ formats, countdown blocks, maps, and more before adding anything to your page. The AI page generator also draws from this same library, so everything in the picker is something you or the AI can use.
Yes. Every section can be rewritten by describing the change in plain language — new heading, different tone, another image — and you can ask for a whole new section the same way; the editor picks a matching layout and fills it in. The change lands in the editor for you to look at, and nothing is saved until you press save.
