The Event App — Programme, Networking and a Concierge That Knows Your Event

Included in: Event app
The event app is what your guests hold in their hand on the day. It carries the programme, the speakers, the floor plan and the people — and it is built from the same attendee list as your registration, so nobody has to be imported, invited again or matched up by hand. Everyone who registered is already in it.

No app store, one QR code

The app runs in the browser and installs to the home screen from a QR code or a link — the same way a website does. That removes the three things that usually make an event app late: there is no store review to wait for, no download for your guests to refuse, and no separate build for iOS and Android.

Push messages still work. A guest who installs the app can be reached during the event without you ever publishing anything to a store.

Programme, speakers and rooms

Build the agenda over several days and stages, with sessions, speakers, rooms and categories. Guests can put together their own schedule; a change you make reaches everyone at once, which is the part a printed programme cannot do.

Speaker profiles carry a photo, a biography and links, and they are attached to the sessions they belong to — so a guest reading the agenda can see who is on stage without leaving it.

Networking and the attendee directory

Guests can make themselves visible in the attendee directory, fill in a short profile and message each other. Appointments can be arranged inside the app, which is what most people actually came for at a trade fair or a congress.

Visibility is a decision each guest makes, not a default you impose: anyone can stay out of the directory and still use the rest of the app.

The AI concierge

An assistant that knows your event — the programme, the rooms, the speakers, how to get there, and any questions and answers you feed it yourself. It replies in whatever language it is asked in, including at the hours when nobody is standing at the info desk.

You add your own knowledge in plain text; no technical setup, no training run. It is the same question answered two hundred times, taken off your team.

Live polls, Q&A and the feed

Run polls from the stage and show the result live, collect questions from the audience instead of passing a microphone around, and keep a feed where you and your guests post during the event.

Push messages reach everyone who installed the app — for a room change, a delay, or the sentence that gets people back from the coffee break.

Sponsors, exhibitors and leads

Sponsors and exhibitors get their own profiles, sorted into the tiers you define. Exhibitors can capture leads in the app by scanning a guest's badge, and see their own numbers afterwards — which is usually the thing they want to know before they book again.

Your identity, your access rules

The app carries your colours, your logo and your app name. You decide who gets in: open to everyone with the link, or restricted to people on the attendee list.

Everything in the app can be built and tried out before you pay anything — including on a real phone. The Event App module costs €1,390 per event, regardless of how many guests come, and is part of the €1,990 bundle with registration and check-in.
