Do the invitations come from my own address?

Yes. You register your sender domain, we set up SPF and DKIM with you. Invitations and confirmations then carry, for example, invitation@your-company.com instead of a platform sender.

Where are the emails processed?

Via SendGrid's EU infrastructure. Delivery rates and bounces are shown per mailing in the Studio.

How do recipients unsubscribe?

Every email contains an unsubscribe link (GDPR-compliant, one click). Unsubscribed contacts are skipped automatically in further mailings.
